From "Made in China" to "Smart in China" – Kymach reveals the core technological breakthrough of National Energy Project

In the EPC project of the National Energy Group, KYmach is about to complete the handover of the engineering plastic compounding and extrusion smart factory project as the general contractor. This project not only creates a new model of intelligent construction in the domestic engineering plastics industry, but also demonstrates the unique advantages of EPC.

As a turnkey project, it adopts an integrated EPC approach where KYmach provides comprehensive lifecycle services from scheme design to commissioning and operation. Through modularized design, it achieves end-to-end automation covering raw material supply, compounding, extrusion, packaging, and precise pile-up. KYmach self-designed intelligent control system as the "brain", enabling real-time optimization of process parameters and smart monitoring of equipment status to ensure seamless operations. 

The advantages of EPC model are fully reflected in this project:
